While this extraordinary example of Canada's storied wood boat heritage turns 75 years old this year, she now looks as good as she did when she was rolled out of the Shepherd boatworks at Niagara-on-the-Lake Ontario in 1947. The full mid cockpit seat in this boat and separate third cockpit sets this 22' Shepherd apart from regular production line models. We believe she was built specially for inclusion in a winter boat show.

A thorough restoration was completed by Muskoka's Allman Boatworks in 2022 including a new leak-proof bottom, egg crate flooring, complete refinishing, re-chroming and a new engine deck added to complete the package.

Her repowered and rebuilt Chrysler 318 has just gone through a full inspection and testing by Muskoka legend Walt Woolvelt, and all engine gauges are fully operational and ready for years and years of trouble-free service.
